just when it couldn't get any worse...

these days are so hard. though i am really trying, it is hard to keep positive amongst the tragedies that we have encountered thus far in 2009. trying so hard to be stronger, to be happier, but it appears to be a lost cause. each day my heart breaks once again and the tears fall and so begins the downward spiral.
